NC coil feeding for power presses, the adoption of high efficiency, lightguard presses for secondary operations and the introduction of our bespoke Manufacturing Control System have improved cost efficiency – with our fully integrated data network meeting today’s demands for EDI, E-Commerce, Web Tracking and FTP facilities.

Our rigid quality procedures include APQP, FMEA and SPC and we provide both KANBAN or JIT delivery.

Our production facility is supported by our in-house tooling service for the manufacture and maintenance of production tooling, aided by CAD CAM, EDM and other technological advances.
